From the Settings button, you can find several operational functions in The Horus Heresy: Legion.
Beside the usual (for most games) options for sounds, graphics, language and more, you'll be able to manage your account, redeem codes, check your matches' history, play against friends or connect to the game's Support, plus a couple more features.
Clicking in the button (next to "Shop" in the game main HUD), you'll access it's panel.
Settings Options[]
The Settings panel is divided in six different tabs:

In the image above, you can see the display of the Settings used for managing how you like to play, plus account related content.
1- The regular Settings display.
2- Choose your preferred language.
3- Register your Account or switch between others. If you are registered, you can subscribe to Newsletter to receive mails about the game, and gain the Legendary card "Remembrancer Order", or Delete it if you prefer.
4- Directs you to Everguild Official Site to learn more about the Privacy Policy.
5- Directs you to different Social Media sites of the game.
6- Change the sound level of the music or the game sounds.
7- Turn On/Off Bots. Turning it off will only match you against real Players in any Battle Mode that is PVP (this could mean longer searching times, see BOTS for more info). In Mobile, the option "Notifications" will appear here (for when you receive in-game messages).
8- Turn On/Off Tips during playtime. Turn it off to not receive them. In Mobile, the option "Notify Crates" will appear here (for when you receive a Free Crate).
9- Choose to make the game Full Screen or windowed (only on PC, "Bots" option for Mobile).
10- Turn On/Off to make yourself online/offline to other Players.
11- Turn On/Off the graphical display of effects during a match (turning it off will help with performance issues).
12- Replay the game tutorial (mostly used for new Players that are confused with some aspect of the game).
13- Redeem codes to receive a stated reward (more info HERE).
Battle Log

From this tab, you can see your match history. Only the last 30 fights, in play order, will be saved (unless pinned).
- Player's Ranking rating (how much was lost or gain).
- Your Level.
- Chosen Warlord.
- Player's Name ("bot" is displayed accordingly).
- Result of the match.
- Pin this match (so it won't get replaced by newer matches).
- Share this match with your Lodge or Mentor Chat.
- Replays the match for you to view.
- Check the opponent profile.
- Add the opponent as a friend.
Friendly []
From this tab, you can play against Bots without worrying about your rating, and for trying Decks.
- Select the Bot difficulty (will only change the "quality" of the cards it uses).
- Start the match.
- You can have the Bot use one of your constructed Decks with this option.
Support []
From this tab, you'll access the game Support, both for reaching to the Support team with any problem you encounter, and to see the "FAQ" of the game.

Friends []
From this tab you can manage your Friends. You can click in any name to open their profile.
- Search a Player by name (as it need to be precise, it might be harder to find Players of different nationalities/languages).
- If found, add automatically to your Friend list.
- If found, sends an invitation for a duel (both Players will use their current equipped Deck).
- Choose to go first in any of the duel options.
- Friend name.
- Send an invitation for a duel (same as before).
- Remove Friend from the list.
Exit Game []
From this tab you can close the game (might be better to use this option if encountering problems when exiting the game in a different manner).
