While usually all Purchasable Decks will be called Starter Decks, there's a difference between those (that can be bought in the Daily Deals options of the Shop), and those that can be bought after you complete a Campaign. In any case, both are designed with the idea of helping new Players start playing with a constructed Deck right away, or to supplement/build their Collection.
Because any of these items can only be bought with real money, it should always be done so by an adult, or under adult supervision.
Starter Decks[]
You can get them from the Shop. Almost all come with a Rare Warlord, and 30 singular cards, plus a unique Card Back.
The Cards are (around) half from the Warlord Faction, and half from the Neutral Factions. The Rarity of them is Common and Rare with one guarantee Epic card.

These Decks can only be bought after you defeat the Epic Boss of a Campaign. When you do, the offer will last 24 hours, but defeating it again will give you the option as many times as you want.
They're very similar to Starter Decks, but have some better quality cards (and a better chance to get Epic or Legendary Warlords), and are most from the Faction the campaign was based on, plus some Neutral Faction ones.
