Premium Cards are a type of Cosmetic you can get randomly in any Crate or buy. There are identical in function to their non-premium counterpart, and you can view them next to the original (if you have them) when building a deck, but can't put more than the limit of those cards (if you have a normal Legendary card and the Premium version, you can only carry 1 in your deck, as the limit is 1).
One thing to note, is when using a Premium card that creates other cards (ex. Vagrant Warmongers, Master of the Forge, etc) those cards will come out as Premium (even if you don't have them) as well.
Collection[]
You can get the Premium version of a card randomly in any crate that can have it, or buy them from the "Collection Tab" (click on any card and a "Premium" option will appear) for four times the card cost in gems.
